A machine & parts manufacturer located in South Korea contacted us via our online contact form. The initial request was for a local representative, unfortunately we didn't have one in Korea but that did not prevent us from working with this manufacturer remotely  and answer any questions promptly via email. After a couple of emails we decided that the Hypo-Grind & Grind-Loc systems were the best fit for their surface grinding operations. 

After receiving the first order of coolant nozzles, this Korean manufacturer was hooked, and started a stable business relationship. As this company grew, so did the orders for our coolant nozzles. Cool-Grind nozzles increased production throughput by reducing waste, saving time by not having to dress the wheel as frequently, and increasing the life of the grinding wheels.
