Telephone and email dialog between the customer and Cool-Grind engineers to identify shortcomings in the existing nozzle setup, gives limited success and may not yield the ideal solution. A more effective solution is for John "Dr. Cool" Webster to visit your company and make a complete audit of the grinding system. During the visit, the existing setup will be checked for flowrate, pressure, filter unit capacity, pump suitability, nozzle limitations. Areas for improvement will be discussed; potential nozzle designs and manifolds will be presented, with operator involvement in the final design paramount. A visit report will also be prepared documenting the audit findings.
