Laser Aligning System and Adapters

This tool makes installation and jet aiming much easier, especially when the nozzle is placed far from the grinding wheel, such as in creep feed grinding, or with high value parts that cannot be scrapped due to burn.

The laser simply slides into the adapter to switch on. The adapter is then placed on the end of the nozzle and the laser beam indicates where the center of the jet will hit the grinding wheel. The laser unit uses internal battery cells which are commonly available. The nozzle must be purchased separately.
