Piranha Modular Hose System

The Piranha Modular Hose System was develop by the request of a customer. The costumer loved our Grind-Loc Modular Hose System, but needed a system that could hold a higher psi in coolant pressure. The Grind-Loc System will hold up to 100 psi and the Piranha will hold up to 200 psi.

Some key features of the Piranha System are as follows:

  • Easily install & remove billet aluminum clamps by using the provided circlip plier holes.
  • Metal torx screws with metal threads allow for extra clamping power.
  • 6061 billet Aluminum clamps integrated with solid swivel balls on the nozzles, ensures much higher friction, resulting in decreased movement due to coolant pressure.
  • The Piranha clamps will allow pressure up to 200 psi before the jet moves out of desired position.
