These manifolds allow you to fit multiple coolant nozzles from one hose or pipe. The manifolds are drilled through and tapped with NPT threads on each end. The outlet ports are one or two NPT sizes smaller than the inlet thread size to minimize pressure drop. You can design your generic manifold using the following part numbering system: CG-GENMANIFOLD-(inlet)-(outlet)-(number of outlets)-(spacing-of-outlets). An example part number: (CG-GENMANIFOLD-12-38-3-125 defines a manifold with 1/2″ NPT inlet, 3/8″ NPT Outlet, 3 outlet ports in-line,, and a port spacing of 1.25″. Top inlets can also be supplied through special order.
