Coherent high pressure coolant nozzle for gear grinding. The Gear Grinding nozzle can supply either an angled 0.88” flat jet (or 0.187″ round nozzle) each side of a narrow gear grinding wheel, or as a pair can supply two 0.88” jets on each side of a wider wheel. The system can be supplied with adapters ($50) to suit a Gleason Pfauter machine, but is typically attached to a 1/2” NPT male thread for use on any gear grinder. Single-jet and triple-jet versions are also available for very narrow or wide gear grinding wheels. Cool-Grind supplies manifold-based nozzles for all gear grinders.
